Product Introduction:
YY (Q) W horizontal fuel/gas heat transfer oil furnace is a new type of heating equipment that uses fuel and gas as heat sources. The boiler uses heat transfer oil as the carrier and forces the heat carrier to circulate through the circulation pump, delivering heat to the heating equipment before returning to the furnace for reheating. The structure of the boiler heating surface is compact, consisting of densely arranged circular tubes inside, middle, and outside (or inside and outside). The inner tube is a radiative heating surface, while the outer surfaces of the middle and outer tubes and the inner tube form a convective heating surface. The fuel burns and releases heat in the combustion chamber composed of inner coils. After absorbing most of the heat through the radiation heating surface, the high-temperature flue gas enters the convective heating surface and undergoes heat exchange. After the high-temperature flue gas exits the boiler, the air required for boiler combustion is heated in the air preheater, and the flue gas is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere. The tail of the furnace is equipped with an explosion-proof device that is connected to the furnace. When the released fuel undergoes a violent explosion in the furnace, the high energy generated instantly can be automatically reset. At the same time, it has a fire shut-off mirror and a maintenance channel, making maintenance convenient.
(6) Adequate output
The layout of the boiler heating surface is reasonable, with a large area and good heat transfer effect; Heating up to 300 ℃ or above, generally working pressure below 1MPa, safe and reliable.
