High Quality YY(Q)W Series Thermal Fluid Heater
Our YY(Q)W series thermal oil boiler adopts an integrated skid-mounted layout equipped with a full-auto intelligent control system. It takes thermal conduction oil as the heat transfer medium, supporting a maximum working pressure of ≤1.0 MPa and a peak operating temperature up to 310°C. The heating core features a three-pass flue gas structure paired with three layers of corrugated heating coils, delivering stable and high-efficiency heat exchange performance.
 
Plug-and-Play Free Installation
The whole boiler unit is pre-assembled and fixed on a unified skid base in our factory. All internal pipeline valves and
electrical wiring are fully pre-connected before delivery. Upon arrival at your site, you only need to fill thermal conduction oil, connect fuel pipelines and power supply to put the equipment into operation directly. The integrated skid structure also makes the whole system easy to transport and relocate.

This thermal fluid heater comes with a portable integrated assembly design. It utilizes a three-pass flue circulation structure and advanced wet-back furnace technology, matched with a corrugated furnace liner and fire tube layout, effectively reducing thermal loss and extending the service life of core components.

Intuitive Easy Operation
Equipped with a full set of automatic PLC start-stop control functions. Real-time data including heat transfer oil
temperature,system working pressure and flue gas exhaust temperature are displayed visually on the control panel. Users can freely adjust the heating temperature within the safe range below 310°C to meet different industrial heating demands.
