Boiler Production Line

Our boiler production line covers raw material preparation, cutting, welding, assembly, testing, painting, and final inspection. With professional equipment and strict quality control, we ensure reliable manufacturing quality and consistent boiler performance.

1. Raw Material Inspection
Steel plates, steel tubes, pipes, welding materials, and other components are inspected and verified before entering production.

2. CNC Cutting & Material Preparation
Steel plates and other raw materials are precisely cut according to engineering drawings and production specifications.

3. Tube Processing & Forming
Boiler tubes are processed through cutting, bending, drilling, and forming processes to meet the required dimensions and assembly tolerances.

4. Welding & Fabrication
Professional welding processes are used for pressure parts, boiler drums, headers, tube assemblies, furnace structures, and other major components.

5. Boiler Body Assembly
Major pressure components and structural parts are assembled according to approved technical drawings to ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy.

6. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Critical welds and pressure-bearing components can be inspected using appropriate non-destructive testing methods to identify potential defects and verify welding quality.

7. Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
Completed pressure parts and boiler systems undergo hydrostatic testing according to applicable requirements to verify pressure resistance and structural integrity.

8. Surface Treatment & Painting
The boiler surface is cleaned and treated before protective coating and painting. The final coating helps protect the equipment during storage, transportation, and operation.

9. Component & Accessory Assembly
Burners, valves, pumps, control cabinets, economizers, chimneys, water treatment equipment, and other auxiliary components are assembled or prepared according to the boiler configuration.

10. Final Inspection & Delivery
Before shipment, the finished boiler undergoes final inspection covering appearance, dimensions, components, pressure-related requirements, accessories, and documentation.
